Michael leads the technical and construction side of Glasgow Extensions, bringing nine years of experience in residential building delivery. He reviews how each design will be built, identifies risks before work starts and coordinates the technical information needed to move confidently from approvals to site.
His work covers structural details, foundations, drainage, insulation, building warrant requirements and the sequencing that keeps different trades working safely and efficiently. On Glasgow’s older properties, Michael pays particular attention to existing sandstone, shallow foundations, hidden drainage and the junction between new and original construction.
Michael’s priority is that the finished extension performs as well as it looks. He follows quality through the build, coordinates inspections and makes sure changes are properly documented, helping each project reach a compliant completion certificate and a clean, dependable handover.
